Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide professional assistance inside the showroom.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable golf equipment, accessories, apparel, and related products.

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of golf products, brands, and current market trends.

• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually attractive at all times.

• Manage product displays, stock arrangement, and merchandising according to showroom standards.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately.

• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and reporting low-stock items.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales growth.

• Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding product availability and customer feedback.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

• Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and promotional campaigns.

• Support golf events, tournaments, and promotional activities organized by the showroom.

• Prepare daily sales and customer activity reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with good negotiation ability.

• Basic knowledge or interest in golf products and sports retail.

• Smart appearance and professional attitude.

• Ability to work in a team and handle customers efficiently.

• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems.

• Previous retail or showroom experience is preferred.

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in retail/showroom sales preferred.
