Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electric Item, Fan Cables, Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual/monthly/daily sales quotas for your regions and territories.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge about electrical products.
∎ Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs.
∎ Undertake showroom administration duties such as managing shop budgets, updating financial records, maintaining inventory levels, ordering new items, manage the assets of the showroom.
∎ Prepare and maintain bills & vouchers and ensure posting on Oracle software.
∎ Ensure entries to proper accounts & accuracy of all accounting data recording.
∎ Ensure bank reconciliation in a timely manner.
∎ Take responsibility for the showroom's Income Tax & VAT-related activities and ensure, timely submission of returns.
∎ Maintain all the VAT book & register, VAT challan, all Musak, VAT current accounts, and other VAT papers.
∎ Take the responsibility for reports and finance/accounts-related day-to-day affairs (Cash Book, Ledger, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have good knowledge about Electrical Products.
∎ Should have experience in showroom accounts.
∎ Should have good knowledge on computer, especially MS Office and different types software base work.
∎ Expertise in the accounting development area and good knowledge in financial reporting.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Honest and Punctual.
