Job Context:
∎ First Dhaka Elevated Expressway (FDEE) Is Bangladesh’s First Elevated Expressway Project, Which Will Connect The Shahjalal Airport With Kutubkhali Via Mohakhali, Tejgaon And Kamalapur Of Dhaka. It Is One Of The Largest Infrastructure Projects Taken Up By The Incumbent Government To Ease Traffic Congestion In The Capital.
∎ This Project required 20 no`s Shift Supervisor for the operations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting regular random audits (Spot Check) of Toll Collectors to ensure that all Toll Revenue in toll booths can be reconciled at all times.
∎ Monitoring and coordinating toll booth operators so that an orderly flow of traffic is maintained, and staff have required breaks.
∎ To ensure that staff and equipment are functioning and performing at optimum levels
∎ Reconciles toll collection records .
∎ Maintain communication,.Do a good job in team management.
∎ Stop Corruption toll revenue.
∎ Do a good job of team attendance management.
∎ Assisting in investigations of shortage, losses and thefts.
∎ Maintain shift wise Spot check, work log, and Exemption Violation report,Authorize special operations
∎ Assists the Plaza Manager in developing toll collection procedures and conducting toll plaza managerial and administrative responsibilities and other duties
∎ Make good allocation of cash float and cash boxes
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Knowledge of job site safety practices required.
∎ Providing directions and road information to road users.
∎ Reporting dangerous and illegal road users.
∎ Dispose of trash, ensure clearness.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
∎ Knowledge of applicable rules, regulations relative to the toll collection function.
∎ Knowledge of the maintenance of automatic and manual toll collection equipment and cash-counting machines.
∎ Knowledge of cash-accounting systems, bank deposit procedures, and methods of safeguarding large sums of money.
∎ Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment.
∎ Skill in dealing effectively with a wide variety of personalities while enforcing toll policies and regulations.
∎ Skill in planning, organizing, assigning, and reviewing the work of workmates with particular attention to maximizing optimum use of existing resources.
∎ Skill in interpreting and applying the administrative and operational policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to work for night shifts too.
∎ Experience in managing at least 5 people.
∎ Ability to work alone for long periods.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Comfortable working with cash.
∎ Knowledge of national roadways and local attractions.
∎ Fluent in English reading, and writing .
∎ Able to use computer and have working knowledge of MS office.
∎ Have good communication skills and willingness to work under difficult conditions, Problem solving attitude.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationship with maturity, Excellent Relationship building skills.
∎ Ability to adjust to rapidly changing personnel, work, and environmental conditions and react accordingly.
