Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Hotel, Resort

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following park standard operating procedures.
∎ Supervise & guide the maintenance & engineering team during the shift.
∎ Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise either by the departments or management.
∎ Able to priorities the maintenance issues e.g.: attend the breakdown of plant and machinery on priority.
∎ Perform maintenance activities in all mechanical rooms and public areas including electrical equipment, plumbing and Air conditioning
∎ Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.
∎ monitor fire Alarm / Life Safety System systems as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the systems.
∎ Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems.
∎ Check for new maintenance requests e.g.: OOO - Out of Service and OOO - Out of Order from the PMS (Property Management System) and update remarks once the task is completed.
∎ Use wits and technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficiently.
∎ Maintain a daily logbook of work done during the shift.
∎ Delegate duties to the Engineering supervisors & complete the daily checklist before handing over the shift.
∎ Look after the smooth functioning of all machinery and equipment.
∎ Give proper handover to the next shift and brief the employees as required.
∎ Execute the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained as per required standard.
∎ Maintain the engineering working area and control desk in a good condition always.
∎ Coordinate with other department's counterparts to ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress
∎ Create departmental training program among engineering employees and create opportunities to multitask
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience in general trades such as light plumbing, minor electrical, painting & drywall, general repairs required.
∎ Should have basic understanding HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry
∎ Ability to communicate effectively.
∎ Initiative and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Inquisitive mindset and honesty.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
