A bachelor`s degree or above, with a preference for majors in English education. A teaching certificate in English is required, and those with international English teaching credentials are more preferable.

Personal Qualities - Possessing love, patience and a strong sense of responsibility. Passionate about English education and fully dedicated. Excellent in teamwork, smooth in home-school communication, proficient in self-learning and self-reflection, and flexible in adjusting teaching strategies.
Guidance on Children`s Psychology and Social Interaction - Systematically studied child psychology. Acquainted with the characteristics of psychological development. Keenly perceptive of children`s emotions and needs. Quick to build trust, good at guiding social interactions and helping children gain confidence in English communication.
Teaching Skills - Familiar with a variety of teaching methods for children`s English, such as situational teaching, interactive teaching and game teaching. Capable of independently creating high-quality teaching plans, adept at using diverse teaching resources, efficiently organizing classroom activities, stimulating learning interest, enhancing participation and improving learning outcomes.
Teaching Experience - Over three years of experience in teaching children English. Well-versed in the patterns and psychology of children`s English learning. Able to design highly effective teaching plans according to different ages and with proven successful cases of improving children`s English proficiency.
Language Proficiency - Proficient in English, with fluent and idiomatic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The pronunciation is pure, the grammar is accurate and the vocabulary is rich. Capable of smooth Chinese expression for daily and teaching support.
Responsibilities & Context:
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. After the child is back from school, continue to teach English at home, and also organize game activities to promote English learning and adaptation to the English-speaking environment.
