Job Context:

∎ Service Engineers are responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring proper after-sales service in assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper services to the customer by managing the service team of the assigned territory.
∎ Train, develop, and monitor technicians in the assigned territory.
∎ Make frequent field and customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage and handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by providing on-time services.
∎ Arrange service campaigns and initiate service marketing activities.
∎ Support marketing and sales team in events, campaigns, product demonstration, and other marketing programs.
∎ Oversee spare parts sales in the assigned region.
∎ Submit weekly/monthly reports to head office and expense bills on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Relevant experience in Tractor/Harvester/Other Agri Machinery.
∎ Flexibility to work in any region of Bangladesh.
∎ Good communication and social skills.
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ Ability to ride motorcycles.
∎ Computer literacy.
