Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor daily service operations at YAMAHA service center/3S Centers and provide required support.
∎ Monitor dealers, authorized service center, local mechanics & spare parts shop operations to ensure optimum customer service.
∎ Communicate with head office & quality assurance team regarding product quality, warranty claims, critical operations, promotional & daily service activities.
∎ Maintain communication & relations with local technicians, spare parts shop, dealers and other agents to know the market situation and competitors' activities.
∎ Provide advice and technical assistance to overcome major failure in the market and ensure maximum productivity.
∎ Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure service & spare parts availability at customer's doorsteps as well as visit the field frequently to ensure customers, field forces & dealers' satisfaction.
∎ Assist marketing & sales team to plan and organize service campaigns and events.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for after sales service engineer for Yamaha Motorcycle who will be working in FIELD level service to ensure customer satisfaction as well as spare parts sales in territory level. Major job responsibilities are -
