Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth daily after-sales service operations in Yamaha 3S Centre.
∎ Monitor, supervise & provide technical assistance to service team members and ensure on-time and efficient service.
∎ Assist and motivate service team to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
∎ Plan and adjust the workloads of service center personnel to match their skills and abilities.
∎ Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company health, safety, and environment policies, and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.
∎ Keep proper records of service and spare parts information at the service center.
∎ Ensure adequate presence of tools, equipment, and other materials in the service center.
∎ Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Communicate with head office team & quality assurance team regarding product quality, warranty claims, critical operations, service marketing activities, and daily service activities.
∎ Assist marketing team in organizing service marketing campaigns and events.
∎ Submit all scheduled reports, and expense bills on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Passionate about motorcycles.
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ Relevant experience in the automobile after-sales service industry will be an added advantage.
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Strong communication and social skills.
∎ Female engineers are highly encouraged to apply.
