Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for engineers who have relevant experience in batch plant installation & service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install batching equipment and provide proper after-sales service.
∎ Monitor, supervise, and train technicians to ensure smooth service support.
∎ Visit customers & provide maintenance and repair works on a timely basis.
∎ Manage and handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality services.
∎ Prepare monthly service activity reports and share with the supervisor.
∎ Support in execution of service promotional activities & demonstration programs.
∎ Prepare & submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Experience in batch plant installation & service.
∎ Strong technical knowledge.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Other benefits will be provided as per policy.
