Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for engineers who have at least 2 years of experience in Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) for FOTON commercial vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect imported vehicles for damage, missing major components, loose or misaligned items as per checklist.
∎ Perform repairs and replace defective items as per company policy and guidelines.
∎ Ensures documentation of all PDI activities and the warranty repairs.
∎ Test engine operation, steering, brakes, transmission, and other parameters as per checklist.
∎ Activate power equipment such as electric windows, seats, radio, horn, lights, and directional signals to ensure specified operating standards.
∎ Inspect surfaces to detect minor chips and scratches in the paint. Touch up imperfections
∎ Monitor, supervise, and train technicians.
∎ Ensure PDI of vehicles within the targeted time.
∎ Submit weekly/monthly reports to head office and expense bills on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Experience in Automobile PDI.
∎ Good communication and social skills.
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle.
∎ Good command over computers.
