Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Product development & testing and work for improvement of vehicles based on customers feedback.
∎ Plan and execute overall repair & service facilities of the vehicles all over Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure technical fitness of the vehicles at all times.
∎ Open service centers as and when required for the greater interest of the company.
∎ Arrange service camp whenever and wherever required.
∎ Ensure mobile service team to attend any emergent situations.
∎ Ensure proper pre-delivery inspection (P.D.I) for new vehicles and deficiency list for revert vehicle.
∎ Arrange frequent training of mechanics to enhance their standard.
∎ Provide technical advice and answer queries from customer.
∎ Monitor repair, service & spare availability of our entire service center including authorized one.
∎ Ensure timely servicing of our vehicles within warranty period.
∎ Investigate and solve mechanical failures of vehicles.
∎ Works closely with supplier, Customer and dealers.
∎ Maintain documentation and write reports as per company rules.
∎ Supervise junior staffs.
∎ Outsource anything that is required to keep the vehicle fit at all time.
∎ Keep close communication with our supplier (China) for product development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
∎ Skills Required: Firm Equipment (Pickup) - Service & Spare parts.
∎ Negotiation skills, Communication, Interpersonal, Planning and Team Work, Inter-cultural Sensitivity.

Salary: Negotiable
