Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ Construction Equipment unit of ACI Motors distributes machinery such as Excavator, Loader, Crane, Concrete Machinery, and other infrastructure development equipment of globally recognized brands, such as; KOBELCO, AJAX, LOVOL & CASE.
∎ Service Coordination Executive will be responsible for ensuring proper after-sales service operations of the construction equipment team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and execute a proper customer feedback system and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure proper communication with service engineers and technicians and provide necessary logistics support.
∎ Coordinate with marketing/sales team of construction equipment division and work closely with support departments (Finance, commercial, supply chain, HR, and other departments) on day to day operations works.
∎ Plan and arrange service campaigns and perform service marketing activities.
∎ Claim warranty to the principal with proper documentation.
∎ Visit the Field frequently to ensure customer as well as field forces satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and submit all scheduled reports, tour reports, and expense bills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ High communication and social skills.
∎ Sound skills in MS Office.
∎ Experience in after-sales service dept. of Automobile/Construction Equipment will be an added advantage.
