Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain a proper customer feedback system.
∎ Maintain service software and properly monitor the field service team.
∎ Plan and execute service promotional activities.
∎ Communicate with foreign principals in service & product-related issues and claim warranty with proper documentation.
∎ Prepare and submit spare parts bills & quotations.
∎ Ensure proper follow-up in spare parts delivery.
∎ Ensure proper support for the field service team by providing logistic support and processing TA/DA bills and other bills timely.
∎ Prepare various service reports and different analyses of data for smooth operations.
∎ Visit customers frequently to ensure both customer's and the field force's satisfaction.
∎ Ensure proper coordination among marketing, sales, and after-sales service team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ High communication and social skills.
∎ Intention to develop career in Motorbike industry.
∎ Sound skills in MS Office software.
∎ Flexibility to travel extensively throughout the country for office tours.
∎ Experience in after-sales service dept. of Automobile will be an added advantage.
