Responsibilities & Context:
Senior Video Editor
Responsibilities:
Edit and produce short videos and long-form content.
Create attractive, engaging, and high-quality videos with smooth transitions, effects, and motion graphics.
Capture and edit high-quality footage, applying core cinematography techniques (framing, lighting, camera movement).
Bring new ideas in writing contents and voice overs.
Write and add voice overs, background music, sound effects, and subtitles for better engagement.
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style.
Color correction, audio mixing, and optimizing videos for different platforms.
Work with scripts and raw footage to craft compelling narratives.
Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
Requirements
Education
Secondary, Diploma, Higher Secondary, Bachelor/Honors
Experience
3-5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)
NGO, Social Development, Production, Advertising AgencyVolunteer experience is a plus.
Skills & Expertise
Video Editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Capcut, Filmora, DaVinci, Canva etc.
Expert in Motion Graphics
Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Keen knowledge of Video Production and taking good footages for editing
Comfortable in using camera for photography and videography
Production Planning and scripting ideas is a must.
Additional Requirements
Age 22 to 35 years
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in editing softwares.
Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality output.
Strong storytelling and creative editing skills.
Experience with social media video formats
Good communication skills and ability to take feedback.
Salary : Negotiable (based on Experience)
