Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Interaction Design/Human-Computer Interaction or related fields (or equivalent work experience).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Utilizing user-centered design principles, create beautiful, approachable, and simple user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
∎ Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions so you can convince stakeholders of your points of view.
∎ Create visually appealing layouts, typography, color schemes, and iconography that align with brand guidelines while ensuring a cohesive and consistent design language.
∎ Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs, ensuring optimal user experiences and addressing pain points.
∎ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes, maintaining a strong focus on user needs and business goals.
∎ Work closely with UX researchers to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
∎ Design responsive interfaces that provide a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
∎ Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines, making digital products usable for individuals with disabilities.
∎ Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance design processes.
∎ Create design specifications, style guides, and other relevant documentation to guide developers during the implementation phase.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design skills.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
∎ Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and user research methodologies.
∎ Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for layout, typography, and color.
∎ Experience with responsive and mobile design, as well as knowledge of best practices for designing accessible interfaces.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team.
∎ Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify design challenges and propose creative solutions.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work within established deadlines.
∎ It is essential to be familiar with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ It will be highly advantageous to have experience using mock flow-based tools like Mockplus, Marvel, UXPin, MockFlow, and Justinmind.
