Experience:

• At least 1 years

• A graduate degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 years

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound/cold calling and sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for client acquisition and relationship management.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close sales.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Work Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls daily, ensuring you meet the required daily call duration.
• Utilize LinkedIn and Facebook to identify and connect with potential clients, showcasing your tech-savviness.
• Expertly close sales over the phone and set up meetings for the sales team.
• Manage client relationships through conversational skills, both over the phone and via messaging platforms.
• Maintain a detailed record of interactions and follow up on leads to ensure successful conversion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve sales strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
• Continuously update your knowledge of the industry, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
