Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Job Responsibilities: ·Provide basic care and care giving activities.· Design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching material.· Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc.) to enhance the child’s abilities.· Research, collect and compile the appropriate teaching material for the children.· Plan and design daily lesson, extra-curricular, creative activities for children accordingly.· Maintain a safe and clean class environment.· Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track · Coordinate with the parents and update them about their child’s performance regularly. Answer their questions calmly.· Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord· Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action· Collaborate with other colleagues· Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources· Serve and feed meals to children.· Possesses strong listening skills.· Possesses physical and mental stamina required to oversee large numbers of young children on a daily basis.· Attend staff meetings and training sessions.· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of other early childhood educatorsAdministrative and office activities
