• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in education consultancy.

• Must be currently employed as a Counselor with at least 2 years of continuous professional experience.

• Focus Countries: Europe, UK, and Australia

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Provide ethical and accurate counselling to students about study opportunities abroad.

⦁ Manage the entire student journey — from application to admission and visa processing.

⦁ Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

⦁ Achieve admission targets through proactive student engagement.

⦁ Represent the organization in educational fairs, seminars, and events.

⦁ Ensure proper documentation and compliance at all stages.

Skills & Competencies

⦁ In-depth knowledge of international education systems (Europe, UK, Australia).

⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Proven ability to meet or exceed admission targets.

⦁ Professionalism, integrity, and student-centered approach.

⦁ Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule: Saturday to Thursday | 10:00 AM–7.00 PM
