Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or a related field from any university in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant experience in Education consultancy will be preferred.

∎ Licensed or certified counselor with 5 to 6 years of counseling experience, preferably in a Education Consultancy company.
∎ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive positive change.
∎ Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
∎ Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and ethical standards, with a commitment to cultural competence and diversity.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport, build trust, and communicate sensitively with students from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Proficiency in using basic IT software; related to CRM, Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of counselors to provide high-quality services and support student success.
∎ Collaboration: Aptitude for working collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and community partners to enhance student well-being and promote a positive campus culture.
∎ Advocacy: Commitment to advocating for the needs and interests of students, promoting equity and inclusivity, and fostering a supportive campus environment.
∎ Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in counseling and higher education, and integrate this knowledge into counseling services and programming.

∎ Lead the counseling department in providing comprehensive counseling services to students, including individual counseling, group therapy, crisis intervention, and workshops.
∎ Supervise and mentor junior counselors, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
∎ Develop and implement counseling programs and initiatives that address the diverse needs of our student population, with a focus on promoting mental health, resilience, and well-being.
∎ Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to create a supportive campus environment that fosters student success and inclusivity.
∎ Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of counseling services, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices.
∎ Stay informed about new and demanding university courses for foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies etc. and integrate this knowledge in helping students choose a desirable career path via counseling services and programming.
∎ Serve as a liaison between students and campus resources, advocating for student needs and facilitating referrals to appropriate services.
∎ Represent the counseling department on campus committees, task forces, and working groups to address student concerns and promote campus-wide initiatives.

As a Senior Student Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing guidance, support, and advocacy for our students, helping them navigate personal, academic, and career challenges. ∎ Office Hour: 10am to 6pm (Usual)
∎ Working days: Sunday to Thursday
∎ Ramadhan Time: 9am to 3:30pm
