Additional Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in teaching Spoken English. This is a mandatory requirement.
A "student-whisperer" with the demonstrable ability to make weak students learn and speak quickly.
A master of class engagement, with a dynamic, positive, and energetic teaching style.
Highly proficient and familiar with both online (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and offline (in-person) teaching methodologies.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is a mandatory condition.
An IELTS score of 7.5 or higher is a significant plus.
Must be willing to live and work full-time in Sylhet.

The Opportunity
We’re growing. NiRJHAR EDUCATION is looking for 2 dynamic, passionate, and student-focused Senior Spoken Faculty members to join our energetic team in Sylhet.
This full-time, on-site position is ideal for experienced educators who are genuinely enthusiastic about teaching, student empowerment, and delivering transformative results in spoken English.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct highly engaging and effective Spoken English classes for students of varying proficiency levels.
- Specialize in identifying the needs of weak students and implement strategies to help them learn and speak quickly and confidently.
- Masterfully manage both online and offline classroom environments, ensuring maximum student participation.
- Develop dynamic lesson plans that foster a supportive, interactive, and energetic learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor teaching methods to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine curriculum and share best practices.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities as a faculty representative.
