• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, cooperative attitude, and strong leadership qualities.

• Technical Ability: Capable of conducting online classes effectively.

• Commitment: Willingness to commit for a minimum of 2 years.

NIRJHAR EDUCATION, a leading English and IELTS teaching platform in Bangladesh since 2020, founded by the highly respected Cambridge-certified English educator Sirajum Munir Nirjhar, is seeking dedicated Senior IELTS Instructors for our center in Sylhet.

Location: Sylhet (Applicants must be willing to live and work in Sylhet; we welcome applications from all over Bangladesh).

Responsibilities:

• Engage students effectively and prepare comprehensive teaching materials.
• Evaluate writing scripts accurately and conduct realistic mock speaking sessions.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high educational standards.
• Conduct diverse courses: IELTS, Spoken English, Exam Prep, Kids’ courses, and other English-related modules.

• Schedule: 6 days a week with one weekly holiday; provision for casual leaves.

• Probation: 3-month probationary period.
