Job Context:

∎ This position will work directly with the head of after sales service department and assist in analysis, planning and strategic decision making.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plans to improve the quality of after sales service.
∎ Identify gaps in manpower planning of the service team. Prepare plans to ensure proper utilization of manpower. Plan, develop, and maintain web-based systems and apps in collaboration with MIS.
∎ Assist service team in monitoring operations and tracking performance.
∎ Prepare and share various reports of after-sales service operations on a regular basis.
∎ Make frequent field visits and make plans/SOPs to develop the quality of service operations.
∎ Collect data and measure customer satisfaction. Make plans to improve the level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Observe and analyze the activities and strategies of competitors.
∎ Assist the head of the after-sales service team in planning & analysis, communications, reporting, presentations & coordination.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Strong communication and social skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Specially in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
∎ Strong analysis and reasoning skills.
∎ Flexibility to travel extensively.
