∎ On-hand experience as service engineer in Solar System/ IPS System.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Frequent field visit to customers to provide maintenance/ service for Solar and Solar IPS.
∎ Ensure product knowledge and proper product detailing to customers.
∎ Manage & address customer complaints, handle critical customers and ensure customer satisfaction level.
∎ Expand service network/mechanics for Solar and Solar IPS and ensure after-sales service quality in field level.
∎ Ensure verification of defective products in dealer/retailer shops, provide reports and manage replacing/repairing as per company policy.
∎ Assist in marketing activities as required.
∎ ACI Motors is hiring After-Sales Service Engineer for Its Solar System and Solar IPS business who will expand the service network across the country for customers and ensure desired customer satisfaction level. Major responsibilities are -
