Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute after sales service activities of commercial vehicle in assigned territories.
∎ Drive the spare parts sales in the assigned region.
∎ Frequent field/ customers visit to ensure customers' satisfaction level.
∎ Monitor service activities at dealer points and ensure the services level as per standards.
∎ Train, develop, and monitor the technicians to esure customer satisfaction.
∎ Communicate regularly with customers and ensure maintenance and product related supports.
∎ Arrange service campaigns and initiate service marketing activities.
∎ Support marketing and sales team in events, campaigns and other marketing programs.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for experienced field service engineer who will ensure the proper after sales service & spare parts of commercial vehicle – FOTON in the assigned territory.
