We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our team in a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website optimisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for improving keyword rankings, optimising website content, analysing performance data, and developing strategies to strengthen our online presence, increase traffic, and drive sales. You should have strong analytical skills, solid technical SEO knowledge, and experience managing both organic and paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings

• Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities

• Optimising website content, metadata, internal linking, and overall on-page SEO

• Implementing off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile

• Performing technical SEO audits and recommending improvements for site speed, crawlability, indexing, and performance

• Monitoring website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console

• Creating and managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns to maximise ROI

• Analysing traffic, rankings, conversions, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities

• Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations

• Working closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets

• Developing action plans to improve rankings, visibility, and sales performance when needed

In This Role, You Will

• Optimise existing keywords and content to improve search engine rankings

• Improve website discoverability and relevance through strategic SEO planning

• Create detailed SEO reports for all websites and evaluate performance

• Analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve website performance and user experience

• Plan and adjust SEO strategies to maintain strong search engine rankings and support business growth

• Manage paid search and PPC campaigns throughout the year

• Collaborate with the team to deliver effective SEO solutions that align with business goals

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field

• At least 4 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing

• Proven experience as a Senior SEO Specialist or in a similar senior SEO role

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

• Experience with Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and performance marketing

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console

• Strong understanding of keyword research, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO

• Experience working with website structure, optimisation, and search engine-friendly design

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations

• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills

• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
