Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide required inputs in the process of a new product development and launch new products
∎ Prepare both short & long term sales forecast and marketing plans on assigned products in co-ordination with the supervisor
∎ Prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies on assigned Portfolio products
∎ Develop and prepare product manuals & training manuals for the assigned products and assign trainings
∎ Monitor production & supply situation of assigned products & their samples and take corrective measures where necessary
∎ Organize meeting / symposium in collaboration with sales team for product briefing in livestock and customers areas

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of relevant experience in relevant fields
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
