Job Context:
∎ Mid-level Role
∎ Based in Rupganj, Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate, monitor and control the process parameters of the plant and power generators for optimum productivity.
∎ Responsible for shift schedule to include: workstation assignment/rotations, employee training, employee vacation, employee break, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employees.
∎ Responsible for quality control, make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specification.
∎ Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
∎ Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of engine, manufacturing equipment, engine assembly lines and manufacturing processes, as well as providing cost reduction analysis.
∎ Ensure preventive and routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant, generators, improvement/modification of plant equipment, spares monitoring as needed from time to time.
∎ Communicate with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound health for working in plant environment
∎ Women are specially encouraged to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in production is mandatory
∎ Advance level of customer service and interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Commitment to the training program and willing to work in rotational shifts
