∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare all kinds of vouchers, check daily transactions & posting in Tally software.
∎ Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts and payments are recorded in time in the ledger.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled on regular basis.
∎ Maintain cash book, ledger book and others register like stock register, inventory, fixed assets etc.
∎ Coordinate with Project head for developing project budget, financial plan and report.
∎ Manage all financial operations and ensure logistics & administrative support to the project.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate financial practices, including cash management, financial disbursements, ledgers, all types of payment etc and maintain all financial records.
∎ Ability to manage inventory, seed stock and fixed assets management.
∎ Monitor and follow up Project activities in the targeted areas.
∎ Any other works assigned by management.
