Additional Requirements:
3 to 4 years mandatory & ERP/ Tally software
Skills & Expertise: Project Accounts, Project Budget, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory & seed stock management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare all kinds of vouchers, check daily transactions & posting in Tally software.
Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts and payments are recorded in time in the ledger.
Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled on regular basis.
Maintain cash book, ledger book and others register like stock register, inventory, fixed assets etc.
Coordinate with Project head for developing project budget, financial plan and report.
Manage all financial operations and ensure logistics & administrative support to the project.
Ensure timely and accurate financial practices, including cash management, financial disbursements, ledgers, all types of payment etc and maintain all financial records.
Ability to manage inventory, seed stock and fixed assets management.
Monitor and follow up Project activities in the targeted areas.
Any other works assigned by management.
