Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

• M.com/ Master’s/ MBS/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance

• 3 to 4 years

• 3 to 4 years mandatory & ERP/ Tally software

• Skills & Expertise: Project Accounts, Project Budget, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory & seed stock management.

• Prepare all kinds of vouchers, check daily transactions & posting in Tally software.

• Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts and payments are recorded in time in the ledger.

• Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled on regular basis.

• Maintain cash book, ledger book and others register like stock register, inventory, fixed assets etc.

• Coordinate with Project head for developing project budget, financial plan and report.

• Manage all financial operations and ensure logistics & administrative support to the project.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial practices, including cash management, financial disbursements, ledgers, all types of payment etc and maintain all financial records.

• Ability to manage inventory, seed stock and fixed assets management.

• Monitor and follow up Project activities in the targeted areas.

• Any other works assigned by management.
