Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Training/Trade Course: Having knowledge in operating Tally software will be an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain all type of invoices, payment vouchers, requisition slips, etc.
∎ Cash and bank dealings.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement regularly.
∎ Assist in daily banking and commercial activities.
∎ Assist in preparation and maintenance of books of account.
∎ Assist in preparation of tax and VAT related documentation.
∎ Maintain firm’s accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Ensure all financial records are maintained according to company requirements.
∎ Assist to develop and generate monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly accounting reports.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Sincere, energetic, dedicated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have problem solving skills and analytical ability.

∎ Should have good communication skills in English.
