Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting
∎ Chartered Accountancy course completed
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scrutinise daily vouchers before the posting voucher into the software to make sure that receipt & payments, amounts and records are correct;
∎ Up-to date the daily Cash Book in the Excel Sheet and register;
∎ Prepare daily receipts & payments voucher posting to the software and submit to HOD;
∎ To prepare purchase and sales invoice from the software after taking purchase and sales transaction;
∎ Prepare various types of bill and vouchers;
∎ Maintain daily stock in software and in excel sheet ;
∎ Managing petty cash transaction;
∎ Prepare monthly Salary sheet and ensure payments are made in timely manner;
∎ Assist the store officer to prepare daily / monthly / yearly stock report;
∎ Maintain intercompany sales. purchase & loan reconciliation;
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement for the month ended;
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly Accounts ; and
∎ Any other assignment given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
∎ Knowledge of cost accounting principles is an advantage
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Auto Bricks/Ceramic
