Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare financial records (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet, etc.), following generally accepted principles.
∎ Pay bills/expenses by requesting disbursements and verifying documents.
∎ Ensure all legal and regulatory documents such as Income Tax, VAT, and Trade licenses are filed and monitored in compliance with existing laws and regulations.
∎ Procure materials and equipment following procurement guidelines.
∎ Secure financial information by keeping the financial information confidential.
∎ Oversee office maintenance activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Motivated to learn and explore new things.
∎ Excellent working skills under limited supervision.
