∎ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

∎ 3-5 years of proven experience in merchandising, preferably in a buying house or RMG (Ready-Made Garment) industry/ Priority Jacket, Outerwear Product.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, costing, and sourcing.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end merchandising activities from product development through to order shipment.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and suppliers to ensure clarity and timely flow of information.
∎ Oversee costing, sampling, order placement, production follow-up, and shipment coordination.
∎ Evaluate and negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
∎ Supervise and mentor junior merchandisers to enhance team performance.
∎ Collaborate with quality assurance, production, and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
∎ Analyze customer preferences, market trends, and sales data to guide product planning and assortment.
∎ Ensure adherence to compliance, testing, and documentation requirements as per buyer standards.
