Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process and supervise the daily accounting and financial activities.
∎ Process and analyses financial transaction.
∎ Process and supervise bank and cash transaction, fund management.
∎ Manage all sort of receipt and and payments.
∎ Prepare and monitoring periodicals or annual accounts and accompanying management.
∎ Co-ordinate, Prepare for and facilities external financial audit of the company. Suggest and assist with the implementation and adherence of accounting practices, policies and procedure that support efficiency.
∎ Formulate annual budget and review various accounting statements and MIS.
∎ Create control mechanism within the departments and organization.
∎ Monitor and control the receivable and payables on daily basis.
∎ Coordination and monitoring activities with legislative authorities.
