Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating High-Quality Visuals
∎ Understand Project briefs and Conducting Visual studies across Bangladesh
∎ Developing project planning, strategies and timeline
∎ Collaborating and guiding in house creative team in developing High-Quality Visuals
∎ Conceptualizing ideas for characters, scenes, backgrounds and other animation elements
∎ Creating character sketches for new animations based on design briefs
∎ Create early sketches and prototypes in 2D and time-based mediums to solicit feedback.
∎ Collaborating with Visual Designers in ideation and prototyping tools and creatives
∎ Developing storyboards for animation and Live action projects
∎ Push creative boundaries, while still being on-brand and aligned to the Impact goals
∎ Collaborating with Film, storytelling and Visual Design team to finalise projects
∎ Designing backgrounds, sets and other elements of the animated environment
∎ Collaborating with multiple teams across the organisation to discover creative opportunities and solutions
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6+ years of professional experience in a Creative consultancy, agency, or equivalent position
∎ Portfolio featuring a diverse range of Animation/ Illustration works (this could include print design, interactive, digital/UI, film/video, campaigns and movement building)
∎ Willingness to learn about the Bangladesh Health care system and our users
∎ Have a genuine empathic curiosity in how to communicate with diverse audiences, particularly those with low literacy and living in rural settings
∎ Willingness to learn and apply Human-centred design in day-to-day work
∎ Powerful graphic and motion design skills
∎ Ability to animate with style and emotion
∎ An eye for detail
∎ Great communication skills
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes concurrently
∎ Strong design fundamentals (colour, form, type, layout) in 2D/3D and film/motion with the ability to experiment and teach others through your craft
∎ The ability to tell a good story-weaving together strategy, empathy, and narrative to bring stories to life in written and visual form
∎ Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Premiere, AE, Illustrator) and other relevant software
∎ Proficiency in 2D Animation will be considered as plus
