• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline

• Preferred Professional Certification: Video Editing

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum 3 to 5 years, the applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe premiere pro & Adobe after effects.
• Three to Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Experience in Camera Operation will be preferable.
• Experience in Video Shoot will be preferable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Developing engaging product demonstration videos for YouTube Channel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proven experience as a video editor/graphics designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Must have good writing and speaking capacity in English and Bangla

Responsibilities & Context:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Exports videos and facilitates mobile and web distribution.
• Handles and organizes raw and edited video files.
• Shoots video and produces content as necessary.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
• Edit videos and static graphic content mainly focused on social media marketing and YouTube
