Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in UX/UI design is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Having experience in E-Commerce platforms will get a preference.

• Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Lead the design and development of visual materials across various platforms (web, social media, print, product packaging, etc.)

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create and execute branding strategies.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality outputs.

• Conceptualize, design, and implement creative solutions that are visually appealing and effectively communicate messages.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communications.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
