Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have relevant professional certification (FCA/ACA/ACMA/FCMA) or partly Qualified (CC Completed with Certificate/Professional Level Completed in case of CA) or partly qualified (Advance Level-I Completed) from the authorized body. Retired Chartered Accountant will be given priority.
∎ BBA/ Honors' /MBA/ Master's/Degree Major in business related subjects
∎ In case of Grade, No third division in any of the public exams [i.e. SSC, HSC, Honors', Masters] will be allowed / In case of CGPA/GPA, At least 2.00 point or above in any of the public exams.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all managerial, administrative activities of the organization as per requirement of the proprietor.
∎ Plan and direct the accounting, financing activities of the enterprises.
∎ Oversee the development and implementation that assists in enhancing short-range and long -range financial stability of the enterprises.
∎ Collaborate with the proprietor on organizational planning and decision-making.
∎ Oversee the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
∎ Prepare Financial Statements and control the overall accounts management of the units;
∎ Ensure compliance with Tax and VAT; Knowledge about ERP Tally;
∎ Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained;
∎ Check bill/voucher/Requisition/Delivery challan or any others documents;
∎ Working with management to plan and build administrative & marketing strategies and execute them in a timely manner.
∎ Details responsibility will be shared in Viva Board.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the owner/controlling authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent leadership skills & Presentation skills, management and supervisory skills, written and verbal communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet related tasks, quick Bangla & English typing,
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability and willingness to do multi-tasking, prioritize, work in a team, & willingness to work for extended hours under pressure (if necessary)
