Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process
∎ 1. Understanding Bangladesh business model and partner with the business for day to day activities.
∎ 2. Thorough knowledge of import operation and related banking and local laws.
∎ 3. Coordinating with group entities to ensure a seamless trade flow of commodities.
∎ 4. Insights of production and warehousing process in manufacturing industry with idea about standards.
∎ 5. Hands on knowledge of handling ERP, both entry and reporting part. Proficiency in MS Excel and other software to maintain day to day operations.
∎ 6. Handling payroll in coordination with Group HR Team
∎ 7. Handling statutory authorities – Income Tax, customs, RJSC, BIDA and other licensing authorities to run a company in Bangladesh.
∎ 8. Conducting and coordinating with Statutory auditors to ensure audit timelines are met on time.
∎ Controlling
∎ 1. Production process control with continuous product mix tracking with standards and expenses analysis. Ensure periodical yield analysis happens in every quarter.
∎ 2. Ensure Inventory control with ageing happens properly. Constant notification to the group and local team on ageing of inventory.
∎ 3. Credit control of customer to ensure receivables are under group prescribed limits.
∎ 4. Effective communication with Banks and other internal and external stakeholders to keep the forex exposure low and minimize forex risk profile.
∎ 5. Keeping a track of SG&A with the budget and expenses approval matrix.
∎ 6. Ensure group company balances are matching with books with formal balance confirmations.
∎ 7. Periodic vendor/customer balance confirmation and reconciliation.
∎ 8. Daily Bank reconciliation.
∎ Planning
∎ 1. Working capital planning and forecasting.
∎ 2. VAT and Tax planning
∎ 3. Participate in trade planning and sales plan
∎ Reporting
∎ 1. Weekly Working Capital reporting
∎ 2. Weekly Forex reporting
∎ 3. Weekly position reporting
∎ 4. Daily position reporting (Going forward)
∎ 5. Monthly MMR
∎ 6. ROY & EOY forecast monthly
∎ 7. Analysis of production reports and throughput reports monthly.
∎ 8. Yearly MMR reports with all schedules.
∎ 9. Yearly local financial statement finalization.
∎ 10. Timely submission of FDI Report, VAT & AIT Returns.
∎ Desired Profile
∎ 1. CA/MBA Finance with 7-8 years of experience.
∎ 2. Prior experience in handling multiple stakeholders within a business.
∎ 3. Strong personality and high on integrity.
∎ 4. Excellent communication skills.
∎ 5. Agility towards change and zeal towards learning.
∎ 6. Preferred candidates from MNC

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
