Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, fabrics, and new techniques.
∎ Plan and develop collections based on seasonal themes.
∎ Manage the entire design process from concept to final styling.
∎ Ensure all designs align with the brand's strategy and target market.
∎ Stay updated with evolving trends in fashion, color, and textiles.
∎ Create technical design specifications and supervise sample garment creation.
∎ Utilize in-house fabrics to develop design ideas.
∎ Strategize and plan collections around seasonal and festive themes.
∎ Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Production teams to align product lines.
∎ Visit trade shows and vendors to source materials and trims.
∎ Supervise fitting sessions and make necessary garment adjustments.
