Responsibilities & Context:
Handle Port-related Vessel Operations (Attend vessels at anchorage/jetty for inward and outward formalities), Handle crew change formalities and related documentation and documentation with shipping related departments
Prepare and manage PDA (Proforma Disbursement Account)
Finalize FDA (Final Disbursement Account)
Coordinate with Customs & Port authorities, Shipping Office, and Mercantile Marine Office, Surveyors, suppliers, stevedores and ship masters.
Ensure Prepare operational reports and summaries, reporting
Draft Statements of Facts (SOF) and Laytime Statements
