Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any recognized university.
∎ PGD SCM, CSCA/CSCM is preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with both construction & Commercial team for project implementation, contractor agreements, billing of materials/quantities & steps during constructions.
∎ Sourcing of Medical Consumables/raw materials/capital machinery/parts/accessories from overseas & local suppliers.
∎ Sourcing of new suppliers & sampling, testing and approval for new product development.
∎ Based on requisition, collecting quotations (RFQ), price negotiation with vendor, preparing comparison and taking approval from top management to issue Purchase order.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about LC, LCA, Advance payment & Insurance policy.
∎ Close follow up with forwarder regarding various cargoes position and take necessary steps when situation arise.
∎ Deal with C&F agent, ensure in time customs clearance and on time delivery of the imported materials (Sea, Land & Airport)
∎ Adequate knowledge about H.S. Code, customs tariff, Vat, Tax Etc.
∎ Check and settle C&F, freight forwarding and insurance Bill.
∎ Cross checking with store about the quantity, quality etc. of received materials.
∎ Claim to insurance company and realization of same if receive any faulty product, damaged packing or shortage.
∎ Maintain liaison with different inter department for smooth procurement process.
∎ Any other task assigned by departmental head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-5 year(s) professional experience in SCM.
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work order dates.
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
