Job Descriptions:
Develop and implement product strategies for the herbal and nutraceutical portfolio
Conduct market research to identify opportunities. and understand consumer needs
Lead the development and launch of new herbal and nutraceutical products, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards
Manage the product lifecycle, including positioning, pricing, promotion, and distribution
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry experts and influencers
Create and execute marketing and promotional plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness Work closely with teams across the company, including R&D, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure successful product launches
Monitor product performance and market trends to make informed decisions
Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes related to herbal and nutraceutical products
Any other task assigned by Departmental head
