Responsibilities & Context:
Performing sterility tests and bacterial endotoxin test of sterile raw materials,, injectable products, packaging materials.
Performing microbiological limit test of raw materials, Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), Pure Steam (PS), and Potable Water (PO).
Performing environment monitoring of clean room, and microbial qualification of machines and utilities and gowns.
Testing Liquid born particle count (LPC) of sterile raw material and injectable products.
Preparing the Process Simulation (Media Fill Validation) protocol and executing the activities.
Preparing the method validation and analyst validation protocol, and performing method validation and analyst validation activities.
Preparing STP and SOP for different activities of microbiology section.
Supervising the activities of subordinate officers and review the documents prepared by them.
