Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keep track of all maintenance concerns and delegate tasks as necessary.
∎ Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) to resolve any operationally impending maintenance issues.
∎ Deliver cost-effective procurement solutions and resolve additional challenges.
∎ Ensure the maintenance of coffee machines, bakery equipment, and restaurant equipment.
∎ We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Executive to join our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, particularly in electrical or mechanical fields, and a proven track record in maintenance management. This role involves overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing cost-effective solutions.
