Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Concept development to final execution, for a wide range of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, packaging, social media graphics, and website visuals.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to understand project requirements, target audience preferences, and brand guidelines.
∎ Ensure that all visual assets meet quality standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and effectively communicate the desired message.
∎ Generate innovative and visually impactful design concepts that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
∎ Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables.
∎ Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to supplement in-house design capabilities and expand creative capacity.
∎ Uphold brand consistency and visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring that all design assets reflect the brand's values, messaging, and aesthetic.
