Job Context:
∎ Senior Executive, Accounts will be responsible to deal all operation of Accounts and Finance of the company
∎ Job Location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, manage and monitor overall accounts
∎ Disbursement of payment, ensuring records and its reconciliation
∎ Must have a clear perception on banking
∎ Checking all sorts of bills, vouchers, invoices, and day-to-day cash and bank accounts
∎ Finalization of monthly as well as yearly financial statements
∎ Preparing and checking all the vouchers, bills, bank reconciliation (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase, etc.)
∎ Must have sound knowledge in the operation of ERP Accounting software
∎ Prepare all annual VAT. TAX & AIT papers
∎ Preparing balance sheets and budget reports
∎ Reporting to HOD Accounts & Finance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in any reputed local or foreign company
∎ Possession of Professional Certifications will be a key added advantage
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) for Senior Executive, Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing, RMG,FMCG, Financial Institution etc.
∎ Good command in English & Bengali both spoken and written
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in the use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel & other relevant programs, Internet browsing, etc.
