Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ 1. Bachelor degree or above, accounting or other relevant majors are preferred
∎ 2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in warehouse management
∎ 3. Familiar with the logistics business procedure, including warehouse management, logistics controlling, importing & exporting
∎ 4. Familiar with ERP system, preferably Kingdee
∎ 5. A strong communicator/interpersonal skills
∎ 6. Oral and written English is preferred
∎ 7. Analytical with problem solving skills
∎ 8. A good team player
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Organize warehouse management works, such as: inbound, outbound, bin-check, GR-check, inventory transfer, scrap application, etc.
∎ 2. Complete inventory booking in the ERP system
∎ 3. Perform periodic stocktaking
∎ 4. Daily/ Weekly /Monthly Exception & Aging Reports
∎ 5. Collect and submit operational data required by HQ
∎ 6. Organize and transfer financial documents to HQ
∎ 7. Complete other tasks assigned by HQ
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Require computer knowledge and interpersonal communication.
∎ Should have good presentation skill.
∎ Should have good skill in MS office applications specially in MS Excel.
∎ Skill and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
∎ Knowledge on speaking & writing English properly.
