Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/ Finance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accurate Data entry into all level of accounting in the company.
∎ To prepare management reports on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conducting banking related tasks, Bank account operate and maintain all bank transactions.
∎ Manage and review billing processes (Accounts Payable/ Receivable)
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction
∎ Cash management & cash disbursement.
∎ Budget & Fund Flow Check and Check the Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
∎ Preparing financial statements (cash flow statement, income statements, balance sheet etc.) for company.
∎ Having up to date knowledge on VAT, Tax and Revenue matter dealing
∎ Maintaining accounts using software also need efficiency in using MS Excel and Data Transfer.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Tax and VAT
∎ Good proficiency in English
∎ Prior experience in the same position essential.
∎ Willingness to work long hours, if required.
∎ Ensure compliance to company, industry and regulatory standards
∎ Outstanding communicator (written/ oral) and able to build rapport, quickly, confidently and effectively
∎ Excellent time management.
∎ The applicants should have detail knowledge in rules and regulations of Tax and VAT.
