Job Context:
∎ Ensure implementation of relevant legal rules & regulations imposed by the Government for establishments, showrooms, and warehouses.
∎ Ensure updated documents & license as per Govt. & Industry requirement.
∎ Prepare reports for concerned authorities.
∎ Ensure health and safety measures for field forces.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and implement health and safety programs and procedures for HO, showrooms, and warehouses of ACI Motors.
∎ Prepare and maintain legal registers for site and ensure compliance with all safety regulations imposed by the government.
∎ Review all legal requirements (e.g. BNBC, labor law, ECR, etc.) and identity requirements for showrooms and warehouses.
∎ Visit showrooms and warehouses regularly and audit health and safety-related issues.
∎ Conduct routine safety observations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, company environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
∎ Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Maintain internal control systems by updating programs, recommending new policies and procedures.
∎ Provide technical safety and health support and information to production and common services personnel.
∎ Provide Monthly EHS report to supervisor and others as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ In depth Knowledge regarding Govt. Compliance for EHS
∎ Fire Safety procedures
∎ Knowledge on licensing & documentation
∎ Excellent report writing & communication skill
